fish, muikku, vendace
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Butter and vegetable oil for fying
Season the rye flour with salt and pepper in a large soup plate or a bowl.
Bread the vendace in the flour mixture.
Fry the fish in a pan in the butter-oil mixture over low heat until brown on both sides.
Serve with a yogurt sauce, lemon slices and a salad or roasted potatoes as a side dish.
