Blueberry Lavender Mocktail
A non-alcoholic Blueberry Lavender Mocktail that has a Nordic twist to it and that fits right into the Italian concept of aperitivo.
80 ml blueberry juice
100 ml tonic water
Build the drink in a Hurricane glass. Fill the glass with ice.
Add the lavender syrup.
Add the blueberry juice.
Top with tonic water.
Mix well and garnish with lemon peel and a twig of lavender.
If you find the drink too sweet to your taste, try adding a little bit of lemon juice in the mix.
