Golden milk with turmeric and black pepper

Serves: 1 cup
  • 3 g fresh turmeric
  • 2 g fresh ginger
  • One tablespoon of water
  • One tablespoon of honey
  • 10 grains of black pepper
  • 3 cloves
  • One cinnamon stick
  • 150 ml milk of your choice
  1. Put the turmeric, the ginger, the water and the honey in a blender and blend.
  2. Slightly warm the milk with the cinnamon stick, the cloves and the pepper grains in it. *
  3. Mix the turmeric sauce with the milk.
  4. Pour the turmeric milk into a cup, passing it through a sieve.
* Don't warm the milk more than 40°C if you'd like to keep honey's benefits.
